Dobbins, CA 95935 E-Mail: Rhummingbirdhill@gmail.com There will be beginning driving instructions Pot luck and the NCMDB March Meeting at noon Please bring a pot luck dish, your own beverage and lawn chairs You can also bring your donkeys and harness etc. If you do not own a harness there will be one you can use. If it is raining the event will be postponed to a later date. Please contact Rene and Richard if you are planning on attending and if you are bringing donkeys Please read the newsletter for even more info Directions to Hummingbird Hill: From Sacramento. it would be Hwy 5, to Hwy 99, to Hwy 70, go through Marysville follow signs to Grass Valley Hwy 20, go to Chevron Station, make a left on Marysville Rd., at Willow Glenn Resturant make a right that is still Marysville Rd. go 7 to 9 miles turn right on Old Dobbins Rd. there are two and they horseshoe around, so if you miss the first catch the second one after the green foot bridge. Off of that is Lake Francis Rd. you can only turn one way go pass the Lake, the fourth house down on the left, green gates. From Redding area, take Hwy 99 out of Red Bluff to Chico, follow signs to Oroville, take Hwy 140 which will take you to Hwy 70 in Oroville take, Hwy 162 Oroville Dam Rd., go left at exit, make a right on Olive Hwy. pass the Casino at Lakeside Market turn right on Minors Ranch Rd., go about 2 to 3 miles turn left at Oro-Bango Rd., go through Bangor You'll go until the road ends and make a left on Loma Rica Rd. go until the road ends and make a left on Marysville Rd., go pass Collins Lake about 1 or so miles, turn right at the Willow Glen Restaurant this is also called Marysville Rd. continue 8 or 9 miles to Old Dobbins Rd. there are two and they horseshoe around so if you miss the first one take the second one right after the green foot bridge that crosses the road. We are about 2 hours from Red Bluff, 11/2 hours from Sacramento. Some time our address does not come up in the GPS.
